Beata Molska – Managing Director

Managing Director of the consulting and training company HR Accelerate. She is a business psychologist, trainer, coach, academic lecturer, and a long-time HR Director in financial sector companies (banking, receivables management, factoring, and insurance) as well as manufacturing and logistics companies. She has been associated with the HR industry for over 20 years. As a certified coach (ICC), she conducts executive coaching, team coaching, training for managerial staff and sales forces, and comprehensively implements HR strategy in the company. She has successfully carried out projects such as: employee satisfaction surveys, job evaluation, structural changes and outplacement projects, restructuring related to mergers or acquisitions of companies in terms of human resources, advanced recruitment of top management, management by objectives (MBO) systems, competency models and periodic employee evaluation systems, implementation of tools and technologies supporting HR processes, systemic solutions related to designing effective training and development programs, career paths, and Talent Management.

She graduated from the Kozminski University with a master’s degree in Business Psychology and an MBA, and completed Postgraduate Studies in Therapy and Group Training at the University of Warsaw, where she obtained a business trainer certificate. For over 15 years, she was responsible for all HR processes including payroll, compensation policy, training and development in the financial and insurance sector at companies such as ING Commercial Finance, Coface Poland, Axa Assistance, and in the distribution and FMCG sector as Interim HR Director at Nestle Waters, owner of the Dar Natury brand (restructuring and division of business and human resources following a sale transaction to Eden Spring).

For nearly 8 years, she was responsible for compensation and benefits policy as well as soft HR as HR Director at Coface (job mapping and descriptions, structural expansion including a new factoring company, job grading, recruitment, career path development, development projects, including obtaining EU funds for employee training).

She recently worked as Interim Recruitment & Development Manager on projects related to organizational structure expansion and job mapping as well as recruitment and development at DPD Polska Sp. z o.o., including job evaluation and description after merging with another courier company – Siódemka, DPD Talent Academy and others. Currently, she serves as Head of Development and Recruitment at Xella Polska Sp. z o.o. – a manufacturer of building systems and materials (Ytong, Silka, and Multispor brands).

Since 1997, she has also been the Managing Director of the consulting and training company HR ACCELERATE and works as a freelancer on HR projects. She holds certification rights to many psychometric tools and skill tests used to diagnose potential in development, coaching, and recruitment processes, including Insightful Profiler ip coach 121, FRIS thinking style, Extended DISC, SHL, Profiles XT.
