Expert in employee assessment and development and job design. Graduated with a master’s degree from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw and a doctoral degree from the Faculty of Management at the same university, completed with a PhD in economics in management sciences.

A long-time consultant in employee selection, assessment, and development, job design, and work organization. Specialist in AC and employee appraisal systems (SOOP) with proprietary programs in both methods. Long-term collaborator with the School of Social Sciences in Warsaw, where she is the head of postgraduate studies in HRM at SWPS and the head of the specialization block in Organizational and Work Psychology. She is also a university lecturer. Author of the first lexicon on HR management on the Polish market and many specialized publications and several academic papers. Regular collaborator with ABC Publishing House (Wolters Kluwer SA), for which she published a book on a new generation of employee assessment applications along with a practical IT tool, and for which she developed several HRM procedures in the HR Service dedicated to conducting such processes as: Assessment Center, Development Center, competency management, employee appraisal, career path planning and succession plans, employee recruitment, employee selection, job matching, and job descriptions. Licensed consultant for MAPP (Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential). She also conducts training on topics accompanying the scope of offered HR consulting services.
