Anna Krzyżanowska –trainer/consultant/coach

Business trainer, practice manager, coach, consultant in recruitment and AC/DC projects. Since 1996, she has been continuously involved in sales, creating and managing sales networks, building sales teams, recruitment, and training. Graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Business Trainers School „TROP” certified by the Polish Psychological Society, and Coaching Academy certified by the Ministry of National Education (MEN). She specializes in training in the areas of: change management, sales, negotiation, managerial competencies, motivation, customer service, interpersonal communication.

In HR collaboration, she was responsible for: recruitment, training, AC/DC projects, sales and managerial coaching (on-the-job training), job descriptions, motivational activities, and workshops.

For several years, she worked with sales teams serving various business areas in Polish and international companies. She was the Network Sales Management Manager in the telecommunications industry (AVENIR TELECOM Sp. z o.o.), as well as in the financial industry (ING group). Currently, she works for the automotive industry (PSA Peugeot Citroen) in the field of training and HR projects.
