A trained actor, graduated from the State Theatre Academy in Warsaw. TVP journalist who has climbed all professional levels from reporter’s assistant to program editor and team leader.

Consultant preparing for media confrontation. According to TV classification – senior editor. Graduated from the State Theatre Academy in Warsaw in 1984, acted in the Polish Theatre in Warsaw, Ateneum Theatre, and the Presentation Stage.

In 1992, he passed the journalistic application in Polish Television. In 1991, he started working at TVP – for several years he was a reporter and editor of the TV Panorama, later the editor of the economic program BIZNES on TVP 2.

Creator of the news channel on TVP 3, transformed into TVP Info, where he created the economic editorial office that operated for three years. Since 2009, he has been the publisher of TVP Info services, and since September 2013, the editor of the interactive program Your Info and the intervention program Your Case. For over two years, he was the publisher of the social reporting program Pulse of Poland. In July 2014, he was transferred to the temporary employment agency Leasing Team, from which in April 2015 he was dismissed for refusing to participate in the so-called competency test. He started a legal battle for the independence and good name of journalists.

During his work for public television, he completed over 10,000 reports for news services, several dozen reports and several documentaries. Editor of several thousand studio programs in Panorama TVP2 and TVP Info.

Winner of several national and industry awards for journalistic activities, including multiple times the Sharp Pen from the Business Centre Club, awards from the National Chamber of Commerce, the Committee for European Integration, the National Labour Inspectorate, and with the team awards from the National Debt Register, Financial Newspaper, and the Better Together Foundation for the best nationwide pro-social television program.

He has conducted training for journalists from several Polish Television Centres within the framework of the Television Academy and workshops for improving the work of reporters for the Pulse of Poland program. Participant in international training organized by the European Broadcasting Union and the BBC.

He has frequently been a moderator during panel discussions and industry conferences, as well as an emcee during concerts and ceremonies, including at the Academy of Music in Warsaw.

Since 1998, he has been consulting on the creation and delivery of effective information. He focuses mainly on stress management, preparation and delivery of messages, including the ability to appear on camera, creating media messages: from short „hundred” statements, through expert commentary to a several-minute interview with a journalist. He enriches his workshops with elements of speech techniques and presentations to a wide audience – here he uses his acting experience.

He has created original training programs Face of Information, Crisis and the Media, Presenter in Presentation, and diction and voice emission classes.

He shows how to fight against so-called black PR and manipulation and presents the actions of modern media creating reality. He shows how to prepare an attractive message or statement to be „bought” by a journalist. He teaches how not to be manipulated by a „media worker” who came with a thesis and how to cooperate with a „media guard” or media security guard. He advises on how to behave in crisis situations – shows how the media work in such situations, consults Q&A, or previously prepared answers to difficult questions. He prepares press spokespersons and company boards to act in media crisis situations, i.e., the fight to protect their company’s image and their own face.

He often reminds participants of the saying:

„Where there is a crisis, there are media – where there are media, there is a crisis.”

To date, he has conducted over 500 closed and several dozen open training sessions. He conducts training throughout Poland. He also completed an e-learning program „Presentations” for the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, and conducts presentation classes during online lectures.

Since 2009, he has been giving lectures and classes at postgraduate journalism and PR departments at the University of Economics in Poznań, the WSB University in Poznań, the Tischner European University in Kraków, the University of Silesia in Katowice, the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, and the Polish Institute of Diplomacy.
