Master of Psychology, psychotherapist, career advisor, business trainer, and HR practitioner with extensive experience in Human Resource Management (recruitment, training, employee development, competency models, business support). She has been associated with the HR field for several years in industries such as finance, logistics, and currently the construction industry. Besides business, she has also been involved in the academic field for many years as a career advisor and trainer. She also works in a private practice, providing psychological/psychotherapeutic help and support to individual clients. She graduated in Psychology from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and completed postgraduate studies in Group Therapy and Training at the University of Warsaw, where she obtained a trainer’s certificate.
