She is an experienced Manager and trainer, as well as the co-founder of the training company Euro Info Group.

For over 10 years, she has been associated with the training industry, holding managerial positions (Partner, EU Funds Manager, HR Specialist, Internal Training Department Manager, EU Projects Manager, Managing Director).

Since 2002, she has gained experience in the Training and Development area as well as HRM in leading training companies on the market. Many years of work in training companies have allowed her to become well-acquainted with the procedures related to the preparation and organization of training projects for enterprises from various industries. As the Managing Director of a training company, she managed large teams of employees as well as trainers, and the training projects she implemented were characterized by high professionalism. She also has experience in conducting personal audits, including in the automotive industry, as well as training audits.

From 2004-2014, she participated in the implementation of projects co-financed by the EU under the Human Capital Operational Programme (PO KL), many of which she created independently. She managed multimillion-dollar projects co-financed by the European Union.

Graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Human Resource Management.

She is qualified to assess vocational predispositions in recruitment projects using various psychometric tools, including the EXTENDED DISC method.

She has solid knowledge of labor law, expertise in personnel administration, and experience in conducting selection and recruitment processes.
