We approach our work with the utmost care, always ensuring coaching standards, business ethics, maintaining full confidentiality of projects, and considering the added value for the Client. The ethical principles we follow are:
– trust – trust is the foundation of every business or coaching relationship. Trust is built over time. We perform our work with the utmost diligence, doing our best. By demonstrating high qualifications and honesty, we show that we are trustworthy, as confirmed by our satisfied Clients.
– qualifications – each of our consultants/trainers/coaches has the necessary experience, qualifications, and certifications to perform the role of advisor/trainer/coach. At the same time, we make a continuous effort to stay updated on innovations in coaching methodology and new trends in recruitment and HR consulting. We are aware of our skill levels and always strive to improve them.
– honesty. We are consistent, respect agreements, and keep promises. We always ensure project confidentiality and the secrecy of all materials obtained from the client. We always present our capabilities honestly and transparently. We take on projects and work with clients only when their needs align with our skills.
– responsibility – when collaborating on a project, we take responsibility for the previously agreed results of our work/KPIs and strive for a high level of client satisfaction, which we assess and measure after completing the project/training.

Effective implementation of changes is achieved in two ways:
– at the team and organizational level through analyses, HR audits, consulting, and workshop sessions
– at the individual level through coaching aimed at increasing efficiency and developing the employee’s unique talents
