HR ACCELERATE BEATA MOLSKA Therapy & Consulting has been operating in the Polish market since 1997 and was founded by Beata Molska. Currently, our team of trainers, consultants, and psychotherapists has over 20 members. We share a common passion for working with people. Our experience was built as managers and experts in international corporations, including HR and sales departments. Our team consists of individuals who have chosen HR consulting and the development and support of others as their professional path.

We continuously improve our competencies in these areas, building our competitive advantage on them. Additionally, for large projects, we collaborate with trusted trainers, coaches, and assessors who are specialists in their fields. We are proud to have successfully completed many recruitment and development projects over the years, worked within interim management, and collaborated with both international corporations and Polish companies, ranging from the largest to small family businesses.
