Iwona Stefańczyk

Senior consultant, assessor in AC, trainer, coach Since 2006, she has been a consultant in HR consulting, recruiter, assessor in Assessment|Development Centres, and trainer, and since 2012 – a coach and career consultant. Graduate of the Coaches Training Institute in London and the STOP Trainers School. Her experience in the HR consulting field includes: recruitment, creating competency models and motivational systems; participation in assessment and development centre sessions as an assessor and coordinator; preparing individual reports for participants and providing feedback after AC|DC processes and 360-degree assessments; coordinating and managing AC|DC projects, competency assessments using 360-degree feedback, and conducting employee engagement surveys, including conducting in-depth interviews in focus groups.
As a trainer, she conducts training for managerial staff – specializing in the topics of motivation and feedback, effective and assertive communication, as well as developing emotional competencies (emotional intelligence) and managerial and team agility. Selected courses and certificates:
