Angelika Matla trainer and coach

Chief Specialist in Health and Safety and Fire Protection, entrepreneur, university lecturer, safety engineer, mechanical engineer, trainer, president of the Nationwide Association of Health and Safety Service Employees Warsaw Wola branch, and a volunteer involved in various projects, coordinator of the Warsaw branch association dealing with mental health (WEB Korki Foundation, MOCni poMOCni, Widzących Więcej Association). Currently in the fourth year of studies in Psychology, exploring the intricacies of Business Psychology and Clinical and Personality Psychology.

She has extensive academic and professional experience in broadly understood safety. She has collaborated with a large logistics company, where she was responsible for several warehouses with a total area of over 50,000 m². She has served as a Machine and Equipment Auditor nationwide, and as a Health and Safety and Fire Protection Specialist in foreign production companies (heavy industry). She coordinated Health and Safety and Fire Protection during the construction of the tallest Skanska office building in Central and Eastern Europe. She has spent hundreds of hours in training rooms, training over a thousand people in safety.

She implemented the Total Safety Leadership program to strengthen the safety culture in a production company, where the main focus was BBS – behavioral safety.

She specializes in soft skills used primarily in the field of safety – traditional health and safety training, but also behavioral safety, human well-being, effective and efficient communication, assertiveness.
